Thanks Steven for the description of the exercises. I will try them out someday. Not knowing for the moment when it will be.

gross techniques also
sungazing (couple minutes, closed eyes, forehead exposed, concentration point third eye phosphenes, fill etheric aura)
camp fire (similar above, although longer exposure usually, gates also hands tips palms)
