    Hi Max, do you know of any devices or exercises that increase lung capacity and oxygenation of the blood? Plato said you’d know.

    First, the whole idea of oxygenation of the blood is very misleading. Please read ‘Normal breathing: the key to vital health’ by Artour Rakhimov.
    You can read the first chapter of his book free here

    Buy the Frolov device if you can afford it. It will train you to breath less. Remember, the less oxygen you need, the healthier and longer your life will be. Yogananda said it, and so did many other masters. It’s had been proven scientifically many times- the reason you don’t hear about it is the same why you don’t hear about colloidal products, blood purifier/zapper, raw meat diet, urine therapy, neurocranial restructuring and many other methods that are either ignored, discredited or made illegal.

    There is also an alternative to Frolov devise called Breather There are 3 varieties for different purposes.

    But if you want to get straight to the point of breathing to purify your body and help you spiritually as well, do 9 Bottle Breathing. I will have to find the text and will post it on our own forum in a few days.

    There was a Russian study done whereby consuming hydrogen + ions can reverse the aging process and stop physical aging completely. Beautiful scientific study was done.

    Max and I constructed equipment to manufacture this stuff. Very dangerous: I once poisoned myself drinking the product that I produced in reverse. Realized my mistake 5 minutes after ingestion. LUCKILY I threw it all up. One of the scarier moments of my life.

    If you can manufacture it properly you will never age. I think the person behind the science “disappeared.” One of the most brilliant pieces of research ever.

    I was doing a google about electro smog.
    Is electro smog good or bad? How about zappers
    or cranial stimulation gadgets and other electricity health
    gadgets? Do the produce electro smog?

    Well, I am under a variety of influences and I guess downing a kilo of various monoatomics is some proof to external alchemical one. lol!

    Believe it or not, there is a type of mercury you can ingest without it killing you, but it is nearly unattainable.
