Michael. If I see it correctly the main difference between these two is that the arms move the opposite to the breathing pattern… could you please explain how far the Qi moves differently due to this? What are the different effects?

Your question is not very clear as to which qigong form Five Vapors is from.
In any case, the qi moves by the body leading it, not by your mind, so you need to observe it, not control it by knowing. The effects are also best obseved, not predicted and described.

O.k. I understand. Nevertheless: I meant the Qigong form The Deep Healing Qi Gong. The movement of fusing the 5 vapors is equal to the Ocean Breathing (the arm movement) but there is the opposite breathing pattern…
