outside of politics,
is anyone familiar with acne or rosacea treatment?
story:
a friend moved into an apartment with a bathroom overgrown with mold.. thought it had been vacant for awhile and landlord cleaned it
then met neighbor who said prior tenant fought with landlord about rashes and doctor costs and thought it was coming from mold
friend discovered wood in closet near bed overgrown with black and green mold and threw it out
one year later face started developing redness and bumps…removed deodorizer from vehicle and started smelling mold in car…detailed car and found mold underneath floor carpet (black and green)
bumps went away for one week with tinactin treatment while car was parked and drying, then came straight back after one week in supposedly clean vehicle..
no signs of respiratory problems or health issues other than mild rash and only on face with some itchiness around inside of arms and legs
problem:
now NO reduction from any creams or prescription from doctor
sold vehicle, washed all clothes, fumigated home with mold spore killersstill no reduction, referred to hospital
told mold doesn’t cause rashes, diagnosed with rosacea
“which has no known cause”
but given antifungal, anti-protozoal cream called metronidazole as rosacea treatment within past week with no apparent results
only other difference in lifestyle was heavy vegetarian wheat protein consumption but never diagnosed with any gluten allergy and stopped for one month before metronidazole
MAIN POINT:
she also has inflammation of what look like two nodes right above the nostrils where fluid is building up

if you look at the picture here, the two x’s on the nose are swollen and the red splotchiness of the rash is forming right on the cheeks where these points are
during the week she has redness and acne swelter all over her forehead and chin as well with swelling redness at the chin
so if mold doesn’t cause rashes, then what caused this?

and why is the cream anti-fungal?
these two points on the nose have to be allergen spots.. it’s liker her whole system is gunked up right at these points which I don’t think are any type of lymph nodes
she is also having piercing pains in her groin right when the redness occurs… it’s like the network of points here are running simultaneously with the points on her face…
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18456568
this article shows intestinal florw/bacterial/possibly fungal overgrowth related to rosacea and apparently this is a common tcm diagnosis
but some online said acupuncture did nothing
wouldn’t it be great to cure this and figure out what is going on?
