On a whim, I decided to type in “internal alchemy” into You Tube search engine. The link below is the top match.
A woman Jane from SF describing what happened to her after doing neidan for two weeks straight (on top of 10,000 hours of preliminary practice…:).It takes 9 minutes for her to get to the point, which I think is well made – that deep practice, after it dissolves all your other issues, leads to true Self-Love.

The “type” she specifies clearly in her video is neidangong, or inner alchemy. There are many methods of neidan. You can post on her videos and ask her for more info. Let me know….:)

She used water disolving method, Micro Orbit and something else im very happy for her sounded like she reached a very high level of consciousness?
Have you had anything like this happen, if so what method did you use?
