…doesn’t have to stay in Vagus (nerve). After practice – hands around throat, close to jaw, gently move to massage down along sides of windpipe. Often has residual to release. Recall reading some HT material on this but cannot recall where; as helpful to restore (parasympathetic) relaxation of body and nervous system. Helpful to me. Pic of waratah flower.
