Anyone have specific understanding please ?
Movements With Ying Yang Polarity : H&E, S.A, Gods*
Movements With Orbit : H&E, MCO
The practices overlap, several include the Yin/Ying polarity (heaven/earth, fire/water) : Gods includes half a polarity water only; and 2 movements include the small orbit.
H&E seems like the most complete movement including all sub parts, but not steaming.
I tend to do these movements in a series one after the other.
I have “invented” a movement which begins with Gods bringing water all the way up the yin inner font of the body, and at the top the hands rotate outwards smoothly and come back down bringing fire energy to the yang surfaces back and outside of the body. There is some steaming, but it includes the inner yin, outer yang flows of the body.
