Hello all,
as I just began to practice more intensely these last few months ; I do the basics : Micro-/Macroscopic Orbit, 6 HS, Inner Smile (I love this one !), Michael’s Qi Qong basic forms…
Yesterday, I played Volleyball with the result of a broken little finger…
Now, I do not know what exactly I can do to help my body heal the broken little finger…
Spontaneously, I thought of bone breathing but I don’t know…
Any suggestions ?
Thanks in advance and greetings from little Luxembourg !
🙂

The moment you started thinking about what to do you interrupted the healing process.
If you question “How,” you go into doubt.
Trick question: What raises your positive energy most?
Answer: Your heart.
So smile and forget about it and the next time you think of it it will be healed.
