A reflex arc is a neural pathway that controls a reflex action. In higher animals, most sensory neurons do not pass directly into the brain, but synapse in the spinal cord. This characteristic allows reflex actions to occur relatively quickly by activating spinal motor neurons without the delay of routing signals through the brain, although the brain will receive sensory input while the reflex is carried out. Analysis of the signal takes place after action has been taken.

I think one might speculate, in the context of the planetary rebirth hypothesis, that the energies passing through the collective are increasingly of galactic rather than planetary origin. Unfortunately we don’t have any precise tools like astrology to analyze or forecast these energies. I tend to look at general tenor of events on the planet through this lens, and particularly the sense of upheaval and overall strangeness, and the revealing of what was hidden. I occasionally check in on various “ascension” blogs to see what kinds of energies or symptoms they are reporting. Some of these effects, like the change in the subjective experience of time and specifically a sense of accelerated passage of time, seem to have become almost universal. The nausea and GI distress is something that has been mentioned recently, and I’ve been experiencing that as well. Perhaps just a coincidence.
