    I know that it not new that i say but it is truly powerful method.

    I was a bit frightened when heaved up pearl in the back of head because felt strong pressure, but all was good. And found that a front channel is yet necessary to be worked out.
    Is it possible to do it sitting in a transport? certainly better when the good grounding is.

    It’s a nice practice.

    After getting experienced with it, you can do it
    almost anywhere . . . but for concentrated practice,
    especially right in the beginning, a stable firm chair
    in a quiet location is best for really going deeply.

    I spent 1 week to understand all what saying Michael on his wudang audio:), he enough quickly talks for my perception of English, its was good practice. My friend from Byelorussia said that he would purchase everything that Michael has if it was on Russian.

    Also i practice healing tao 2 months with healing tao teacher Volodymir Petsuh.
    He helps me very well.

    You get to learn something new and improve
    your English at the same time. 🙂

    Also i find that my orbit can shuting down – after physical work or after some another work. And its necessary for me to do this practice before and after healing love. For me its real discovery, because befor i underestimate work with orbit, now i can do big draw good in various positions. Also its very necessary to have whole aura.

    there is 10 methods

    Wudang is one of them

    I only have a DVD QF 2 and there it is not. What a pity.

    Wudang orbit is on the QF2 audio, not the DVD.

    The DVD sets and audio sets are not the same thing.
    This is a common mistake.

    DVD sets contain just qigong movements.
    Audio sets contain the lectures, theory, and meditations.

    You need both the DVD and the audio set to have the full package.

    I have problems with spoken English, understand, and I have to give it commercially transcribe into English and then translate to. Ideal as text or subtitles in a DVD. Those who speak English or know how to have it easier.

    Also with testicular breathe its totally changing my healing love practice. its amazing

    Intresting that if you dont have tension in sex – you dont have tension in relationship.
