Hello
Yestarday we started up our Yoga group again, following Yudeloves two books.
We are actually working from both of hes books, and are going true “100 days…” again and in the mean time continuing with “taoist yoga and…”.
After been in contact with Yudelove hemself on this forum and the taobums, we go deeper into the noce gacing, or stilling the mind part. I am guiding that part of the practise and try to do that meditation everyday for 20 minutes to see what happenes. Two times a day if I got the time. That was the part according to Yudelove that differentiate hes practise from Mantak Chias. It is also the starting point of the practise in “Taoist yoga” by Charles Luuk.
Anyway, the four three girls and I had an amazingly nice yoga, qigong evenening yeasterday. Going thruee the beginning practise again after three years. It´s been obvious to me and to the girls how much they, and perhaps I, actually have evolved. Those practises so difficult for them to do the first time was wery easy now, but also still wery effective.
Yesterday we did:
Abdominal breathing
qi self massage
baduanjin, the eight peaces of a brocade
six healing sound
stilling the mind, gacing at the tip of the noce and into the third eye.
Different guides to each practise, and we all did hour own interpretation of the practise, which has evolved a bit from the book, beacase we have found out that if we ad that part to this practise or doing it a bit differently, then we got a nicer efect.
My greatings to Mr Master Yudelove for hes amazingly good books, and good advices on the internet! You should be with us to see our developments. Still more to come over the years I hope 🙂
