Hello. I wanted to know if yogic inversiones (or being upside down) helps open the small orbit it at least with prolonged practice, could it help to bring water towards the chest and fire towards the lower back? Thanks. 🙂

This link to Chinese site has 20 kriyas, which have been directly copied from Swami Satyananda Saraswati’s Kundalini Tantra. Some of these energy yoga type of practices are done in inverted position in Hindu context.
