I have downloaded “Zeigeist” today from http://www.torrents.ru
It is a great film from the begining to the End! 911 Myth and christian myth.
But many russians cannot agree with this hypothesis of this scandal film.
What is your opinion on Zeigeist?June 19, 2009 at 10:13 am #31723
The director basically took a bunch of movies he watched on the internet and put it together in a short more digestible movie. Any one of his topics you could go deeper into. Hope you have fun. I do not agree with his second movies main thesis, but I am all about personal empowerment and responsibility not shifting responsibility from politicians to scientists.June 19, 2009 at 12:18 pm #31725
Peter Joseph is very interesting to me. I loved watching his films and look forward to watching Zeitgeist III coming out in 2010. I see his larger points having to do with the social evaluation of mankind and do agree that eventually we can live in a society that is less about monitory profit and more about the sharing of resource. I do find him (and Jacque Fresco) to be a bit cynical sometimes but never the less very positive in their visionary state. I dont necessarily agree with all of his points but do find some of what he says very truthful and inspiring. He is someone who thinks outside the box for sure. I think his most relevant points are thinking for yourself, being transparent to change (which has some parallels to Taoism) and getting over myths as controlled systems (religion and governments), also being aware of how much our nature is conditioned by society. I do see how many people may have misinterpreted part I of the first film, but I found it very inspiring (if not necessary all actuate). How we will emerge and the detail of this process is something his films doesnt give us perspective on, as this is too dynamic to predict. Most people I think may get stuck trying to argue this point or accuse the film of trying to tell us what this is. As I have seen some very strong feeling aginst these films.
I am not really critical of his works and find his presentational style to be inspiring and refreshing on alternative perspectives into the social structure of our race. Fascinating stuff!

Just curious as to what you see his main thesis to be?
You are talking about zeitgeist: addendum right?June 19, 2009 at 5:05 pm #31729
I think it’s possible.June 19, 2009 at 11:37 pm #31731
“shifting responsibility from politicians to scientists.” Basically scientific management of resources/people. I agree working in factories sucks and does not suite the true beauty of the souls working in them but that is not trade and barters fault. I do not mind getting rid of money, I find it distracts from the real value which are the creative souls around you, and the plentiful earth we live in. When we decide to no longer use the boundaries of one social structure we move on the the next, often unfortunately we do not realize that the old structure or shape was in service to us and created by us so there is often feelings of victimization. I have a lady I am working with. She is very frustrated with her dog it pulls on her as they walk it barks at every one. She gives it treats, yells at it, but nothing works. She says it is the dog is a victim of poor up bringing from a previous owner. I took the dog from her and walked it and it was fine, no barking and it walked by my side. Why? Because I am different and I have put in the work to domesticate my inner animals. They submit/surrender deeper to my soul and they get all they need. The inner animals are looking for a alpha your soul. But they will not submit on there own and they will test you. I showed her how the dog could help her get a gauge on how she was doing. A form of doggy biofeedback. She felt victimized by the dog but it was just looking for an alpha/center and could not find it in her. So we can see countries doggies running wild because the people the souls of the country do not take the alpha role. The real secret government is us all of us.June 22, 2009 at 1:56 pm #31733
