health. How about eating something
because it is delicious. Take tofu,
many people say that it is tasteless
and good as an alternative for other
meat proteins. When tofu is made

I don’t speak Chinese but in Japanese JI (極 GOKU/KYOKU/KIWA-meru)
would generally be translated in English as extreme or extremely.

similar to the daily life I experienced
living in Japan. There was no need for
“practice” as the language and actions
of regular people and society naturally

Funny, since I work such long hours
I felt I had to keep up on as much
of the practices as I could. Kept
moving forward trying to get more and

things that had been blasting me had been

I was wondering when I was in
Tokyo I saw a program about
a dental gel (which I seem to
remember was created in Sweden)
that only dissolves the carious
(sp ?)while leaving the healthy
tooth intact. Have you heard
of it and do you know what it
is called. I can’t recall.

I think about all of this stuff

for people in the modern world
