Hi- Glad you appreciated the article.
I hear about people who deny the scientific research on this all the time. I am seeing that the world is now made up more than ever of two separate groups on many subjects like this one- one group sees the info and accepts it, the other goes into denial making up reasons why it can’t be true even in…[Read more] -

Hi, I’ve heard a lot of people with different opinions about the efficacy of neutralizing devices for cells and microwaves. Most, like the man who wrote the article I posted say there are none that actually work. I believe that article is now at least a year old. I have had friends with little gold circular devices on their cells phones who…[Read more]

Hi you guys,
I was absolutely certain that what I said would be seen as humor since nothing I have every said to anyone here has ever sounded like that. I’m sorry it messed up your positive momentum. I thought, in view of the tension caused by those who I mimiced so perfectly(!), that you would just laugh.
I guess the Dao is really…[Read more]

Emelgee, No one is talking about avoiding emotions. And we all appreciate your feelings on this subject. We are all heading to a place in which we will not have to be extreme and encounter/generate suffering.
You say-
“why should we avoid the “messy” human emotions for some preconceived (and yet never achieved) view point of…[Read more]

Yes, I absolutely agree with you. I have been focussing on this for years now and it is very difficult because I have been so sensitive to things in the field. It is a very uncomfortable experience to have to deal with that besides everything else!
The rooting and circulation practices have been very effective in helping to keep a balance.…[Read more]

My suggestion is that you rethink this premise.

Hi FI-
Everyobody has to come from where they are and learn from that. I could just as easily cite you for judging, though your comment has validity. We can say what we want to see happen and a lot of times that comes off as a “should.” We all have issues and there is pain inside them. Our conversation here helps to reveal where the pain is…[Read more]

Hi Chris,
My comment comes from an ideal viewpoint of what “centered” means. In my experience to be truly centered means that we can see what is going on around us but there is no “hook,” nothing for the ego to catch on, no issue to react to. The feelings within centeredness are basically neutrality and peace. One is unmoved, meaning not…[Read more]

“The thing is – by acknowledging that their immaturity annoys me – it doesn’t mean I am off centre. It means I recognise the annoyance and acknowledge it and I can do both of these things without losing my smile!”
I believe that when we are centered we cannot be annoyed. I think you felt annoyed and were aware of it and call that being…[Read more]

Will you new age airheads get real please? Take some drugs and snap out of it! You just want to blame your birth trauma for your inaqdequecies. I’ve seen this a million times with you spiritual types. You can’t handle normal life so you escape into a pseudoscientific dreamworld. Good thing we’ve got the government to rely on to hold things…[Read more]

Hi Folks,
This issue has come up enough times for me lately to have recognized it as a major personal learning lesson. For me, Emelgee, I do not want to have to demand other people’s respect in order to feel OK. I am learning that when people act jerky and I have a poor reaction to them then I am somehow choosing to be moved off center by…[Read more]

That’s very interesting that you should say that! I have been experiencing ongoing upshifts since the middle of July, but after the Equinox/eclipse I feel that our reality has shifted in an unprecendented way. In this last week or ten days I have begun to experience a new level of peaceful clarity like I’m sitting in my body differently, deeply…[Read more]

From what I have read in the realm of “forbidden science,” the fields of all the planets have changed quite profoundly over the last fifteen years. Since it is the Sun that emanates the new energies to be embodyied in the planets, how could it not be so?

You seem to have deliberately bypassed my point about how the ancients did not just use substances. They were grounded in all the same kinds of real practices that we are here. Those practices were the foundation of their lives.
The energies you are emanating through your words are the proof that what Wendy and I have said is the truth.…[Read more]

With regard to your position on using substances I have to say that if one occassionally uses a spiritual medicine in a highly discriminating fashion as an aid to opening consciousness and as a tertiary support to a consistent practice such as chi gung, then you are in alignment with the time-tested methods of the ancients who allowed wisdom to…[Read more]

I like what Steve and Wendy both have said above me.
What I would like to add is the “spatial” idea that “smiling” actually means allowing some space to develop around whatever is going on inside you at the time. When you sit and don’t want to smile you can take a small step backwards inside yourself and embrace the aspect of yourself that…[Read more]

Your welcome. Just sharing. It’s good fun chi.
Triple warmer is a “smoother” of the other meridian’s energies. I seem to remember Michael once saying that it is like a bridge between the external body and the core/central channel which is yuan/source/neutral chi. This makes sense to me from my practice.

I don’t think there’s a point that controls it but that it’s the flowing connection that is made between the left/right, above/below, and back/front. I think Mat is on the right track. The relationship between the heart and kidneys, and thus, the MCO, would seem to be central because it’s the balance of these that creates integration and that…[Read more]
