    hi fajin:

If you want to quote me, then quote my entire comment, not extract out what you choose.

The soul is complete, one just needs to rid themselves of the extra baggage, maybe your golden body will appear.

Good Luck in your alchemical, immortal journey.

    smiling in the tao,

    Hi Fajin:

    Faj:
I see that Bagua views “Buddhahood” to be nothing more than a constant state of self-awareness by seeing things from your neutral space. However, Michael said that you fall into the illusion of thinking this is wu-wei if you are aware from your neutral space only. Refer back to this Bagua.…[Read more]

    Hello Michael:

Buddha means “enlightened one”. In my view it is the enlightned space of awarenss, your enlighten space is the same as mine, is that beautiful!

According to legend (I dont know if all this history is true, just passing on what I have researched), Da Mo is the founder of Chan, he came from India in the Liang Dynasty and he was…[Read more]

    Hi Cameron:

I think you bring up an important point, this is crucial. Being in the void or emptiness does not mean no process, does not mean you do not deal/transform/etc with emotions, it means you see things as they are and deal with them, if you need healing sounds, or tai chi or zazen, whatever one feels they need, even fise shen gong or…[Read more]

    Hllo Michael:

I look forward to your post on this.

Ihave a few requests if you will be kind of enough to include in the post.

    1. Is there something in the Tao Te Ching that says is person is incomplete? That the Wu Ji creates incomplete humans?

    2. Can you let us know Taoist Texts that support your specific theories on the soul? I find…[Read more]

    Hello Michael:

    Wonderful Post.
Im going to offer some feedback to the intro, and maybe over time other aspects of the rest. All my comments are based on personal experience and understanding, not just theory

My impression is that Bagua is really more a Daoist who prefers simplicity of early Taoist meditation techniques than he is…[Read more]

    Hi Spongebob:

To me, in this life, the Five Shen are always integrated, but not harmonized, When they are not harmonized, one or more acts up and its unfavorable qualites manifest. Does this make sense to you?

    Hi fajin:

Thanks for participating in this discusson, your presentation is very clear and I appreciate you taking the time to share, rarely is this type of clarity and depth discussed in public. I have learned from you.

    hi Fajin:

I have enjoyed the discussion too and hope others find it interesting and in some way beneficial.

I understand your understanding in the post, we just disagree on certain things, no more variations of explaining it will change my view at this time.

I understand your definition of EGO, i just disagree what it is. Are you saying…[Read more]

    Hi Fajin:

Thanks for sharing your thinking, much appreciated.

The heart/xin/sympathetic is the commander behind your actions. I don’t want to get complicated with this because you like it to be simple, as simple as attuning to your center. This is only knowledge of the subtle anatomy.

    Hello Fajin:

Oh. “We” is a choice of words, maybe not the best. By “We” I mean humans as a group.

Each person has a shen/spirit, the extension of Wu Ji/Creation that is in every person, this Spirit is the guiding force for each person to attune or detach from the Personalty/Ego that you refer, with this detachment we can perceive, experience…[Read more]

    Below your comments

While it might seem “intellectual” to have such a detailed Daoist map of the workings of hte body-mind,
the terminology was developed by the Daoists over millenia for a good reason: to be more skillful and profound in understanding the workings of humanity in its relation to Heaven and Earth. Such…[Read more]

WOOPS, Sorry, I read the wrong post, one on Nan’s opinions, so ignore my early post

but we should based Chan realization on what some are doing in china or someone one met, they may or may not reflect what it represents, like some so called tao masters, that live lives and do things not from a highly refined view.

I will give my feedback…[Read more]

One typo (im sure there are more)

    It shoudl be NO desire

Most of his comments are about one persons view on taoist alchemy, of which I have “NO” desire to to get involved. And most is his attempt to correct the person for his view of what tao alchemy is and is not.

    hi fajin:

the post is long with many things in it.

One. Michael is not an acheived Chan/Zen Buddhists, as far as I know he does not have Inka or dharma transmision from a Zen Master, and as far as I know he does not claim this, not does he claim to have attained taoist immortality, id he has let me know.

Most of his comments are about…[Read more]

    Hi Fajin:

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated.

Hu is a very gentle person, so if you are saying he is from the “hard” school we are talking about a different person. DaMo QI Gong is about as soft and gentle as one is going to get, in my view.
