Interested in what happens. Maybe better to take over to the Practice section.
I was very impatient as the practice brought up energies stimulating anger. I watched this and the only thing later that soothed was the Microcosmic orbit. This is how I learn/make these skills my own- by necessity.
The orbit even for a brief moment spread…[Read more]

After dinner I decided to try out the form and see what arose.
I did it barefoot in the grass which makes a lot of difference for my connectivity.
I explored the various strategies you suggested and my own ideas and some worked and some were a bit off.
Essentially after a half hour I found entering a structured pose- a moving…[Read more]

Hey Jimbo, It is always refreshing to discuss common practices in a world where cultivation is mostly private.
I trust your experiences as the best guide and it seems you are allowing yourself to be the vessel.
While out and about today I did explore this form again and had some of my own aha’s stimulated by your questions. Hope they…[Read more]

Beginner replied to the topic Letter to a uterus in the forum General 17 years, 5 months ago
I read this and laughed but with a sick feeling. I am struck how the uterus is not only a man but the most demonic one of recent times.
But isn’t this more a letter to her ‘period’? Do women distinguish their uterus from their periods? Maybe this is the only communication she has with her uterus and it is one of pain?
So much tied to…[Read more]

I recall Michael’s Dream tapes too and on one there is an extended meditation of him…. snoring…hehe.
I like the approach you are being led to. I find it difficult to articulate what it is I do but it is true I need to sleep a few hours before I can do any ‘work’. I remember M mentioning this.
At that latter more yin point of the…[Read more]

Wendy,
I know you are open to opinions though you haven’t asked and all opinions are subjective.
It seems to me based on your recent lifestyle shift and recent connections with others you are on a path of ‘great medicine’. Not great because it will be well known but so because the ‘poisons’ you are ingesting are big.
As such…[Read more]

Welcome back Chris. I appreciate your way with words. I come from such a feeling level I can write in circles but I hear your mental clarity and gentleness and it is supportive.
You must have had a good lake experience, eh? Barry

I agree with what you are saying. Over time we do filter and with skillful techniques speed this process up.
In your literal analogy I was struck by the container. It is paradoxical that we are held in perfection and filtering/growing at the same time. It isn’t the province of the ordinary mind.
But without that ‘container’ which…[Read more]

Thanks for the support and your point of view. My only qualification is we are not screwed up spiritually..if we were all the other practices of mind heart and body would be fruitless…know what I mean? Barry

This discussion interests me tho it is abstract. When one speaks of sequences and what precedes or follows it doesn’t really resonate with the experience I have while cultivating.
It is my mind’s experience, yes, but not my experience from the center where time isn’t in the same sequential formula.
From the center I do sense that…[Read more]

well if you write it in Latin you will spare yourself the evisceration. (; b
(Just as well because I was going to ask you to Tell Me More about the big YES you are getting and the energy you are soaking in. This way I can get it live. And your projections of being cut open will give the site even more juice if you do the visceral dance with…[Read more]

Thanks all for concern and ideas. Weak spleen/center energy is challenging.
While I don’t push out stools your comments mirror how I push into release/centering on many other levels so I am certain bleeding is a result of this pressure to find myself all wrapped tightly in old ideas of who I thought I was.
This weakness is also…[Read more]

Yeah, quite something when you take risks and stay balanced with integrity and honesty. I appreciate being witnessed, reflected, supported and not judged.
As to the blog. It will continue and as long as I have computer access in N.C. it will reflect how Michael’s new baby is doing from the trenches. I mean the kitchen is the heart of any…[Read more]
