Thank you once again for your reply, and for sharing your great insights. You said you are in Canada, are you from Toronto, Ontario Canada, or nearby by any chance? If so, do you know anyone with the last name, Law? I use to go to a high school with a chemistry science teacher who we called Mr. Law, he was definately highly disciplined in martial arts, acupunture etc. I just had a feeling that perhaps you may know him?
The Healing with Whole Foods book arrived, and I never knew it was so large! It is about 700 pages packed with overwhelming information. I just only had a breif glance at it, and it seems to be very thorough on healhy living and eating. Thank you again for recommending this book. I’m currently extremely low on budget as a student, and without a job. So i’m planning to get Fred’s book much later when I get a better understanding of myself, and after going through Healing with Whole Foods.
Fajin, what is the best way to do a health analysis on the mind, body and soul. I know I can go to my local family doctor, but he will just do all the bs checkup, and give prescribed medication. I’m trying to find a way or a method for self diagonsis on the health of the mind, body and soul.
How do you go about checking if you are a warm, or cold person? and what body parts are in need of healing etc. I feel I need to understand where I’am in order to know where to go, but thats the exact trouble I’am having right now. Someone recommended consulting your Shen? I’am assuming thats the higher self, Overself, etc. I’m a complete new beginner to the philosophy and practices of the Tao, and things related, so its quite difficult getting a grasp on things. What inspired me to get on this whole spirtual journey was some life changing events, its related to all that talk we had about dracos etc. I’m trying to figure out where I’am at by trying to know my own being, and health through mind, body and soul. Is there a method, book, resource, or place which you can recommend for a check up?
TCM, what exactly does that stand for and mean?

Fajin, I have a question, i’ve been to Fred’s site, he has an offer for about 81US for his new 500 pg book, and the 2nd edition of raw foods, should I purchase this, or should I just get the raw foods secret book?

hey Fajin, and to anyone else who has been on a fruit diet or similar, can you share your experiences?
fluoride free water? where can we find this, and is our tap water fluoride free? if it contains fluoride does boiling help clean it?

thank you for sharing the work of chee soo, I was wondering if you know where I can find more works by him, and also where I can find more information on diet, and healthy eating. The author recommends fruits and veges that are in season, I’m trying to find a resource that can tell me what fruits are in season in the area. (I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada)

Thanks for your reply and thank you for your kind recommendations. I will let you know when I head to the Niagra region so we can meet up. I’m currently quite new to Daosim. I have been all over the place from yoga, to buddhism, to christianity, osho’s work, to now Mantak and Michael’s work. I think I most prefer the Tao and it makes most sense to me, at this moment and point in my life anyways.
I have Mantak Chia’s Awaken Healing Energy through the Tao, and Awaken Healing Light. I want to get started on the microcosmic orbit, but I’m reluctant to rely soley on the books, I prefer to have a guide to ensure I don’t hurt myself. Instead I have just been doing the inner smile, 6 healing sounds, and chi self-massage, and I hope its okay to do those excerises without having done the microcosmic orbit.
I will contact Barbara and see how it turns out. Thanks again Chris!

You mentioned reptiles, dracos etc. This is very interesting, because I never would have guessed that my spiritual journey would have lead me back in full circle to the related topics you have discussed about. Can you please tell me more about your experiences/knowledge with the whole reptile thing. Did you meet someone who told you about all of this, read something about it, or have personally experienced it through physical world experience, meditation, dream, or something else?
I had a dream once, on a red like planet and a huge explosion took place on the planet, like nuclear or something and it wiped out everything, and I don’t remember anything after that.
Also had another dream or experience with dark, black tentacles, moving like crazy, and spreading like crazy, I felt and was filled with fear, and horror.
Also had some other weird experiences where eyes were moving, or blinking really fast like downloading info…
Anyone had similar experiences?
