Thanks Nnonnth,
It was great discussing this stuff.
My final point is that I think powers or siddhis should not be sought after, just once developed keep them kept quietly like the shamans you mentioned. They can set one off his one-pointedness.
The key is to be one-pointed about everything that you’re doing, 24/7. That’s what the…[Read more]

Yes, the heaven force pulls the earth force upward. It is the earth qi of the body going upward as there is disconnection from the earth. Best is to cultivate both forces with the dantian as mediator. If you’re interested, try Taiji!

Hi Nnonnth,
Zen is just a term. I didn’t mean only Japanese Zen. In Chinese it is called Chan. In Indian, it is called Dhyana. In Korean, I think Son. I think it was Max that said, every single spiritual path had stillness meditation. Michael doesn’t utilize it as something transcendental or “final”, I think that’s his weak link. That’s ok. I…[Read more]

Hi Nnonnth,
Those three are all good. We are on the same page. Although I didn’t like how in the second one it said to avoid feeling any external sensation. We should accept whatever comes up and not adhere to it.
Let’s say we are following our breath and thoughts just rush up all of a sudden. We shouldn’t move our concentration to the…[Read more]

Thanks for the info. The first method you mentioned is what I used to practice.
The second one resembles the feats a Taiji master can accomplish. The heaven force above the head is the repulsion of the earth force below the feet. So earth force pulls you downward, heaven force pulls you upward. Magnetic fields below, electric fields above -…[Read more]

There are internal methods for increasing your hangtime in the air, but I never learned that or even got to that level. So it may seem like flying, but is not.

This is pretty interesting stuff. One thing is worng in this picture. The “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” is using the air element and becoming light, they don’t fly. It was just a movie, in reality it happens extremely fast, and the person lands really fast and very lightly.

Hi,
You asked how sages knew how planet qi feels like if they couldn’t even see planets. I gave you an answer for that. Not more, not less. It’s not my fault that you are not open to prajna wisdom; otherwise, my answer would have left your ego satisfied.

Hi,
“Nothing” can answer your question. It can answer any questions.
We are already absorbing cosmic frequencies every moment. When you do “nothing,” this happens all by itself and you soon feel the planets, just as Daoist adepts of the past did through stillness meditation.
One of the reasons I consider stillness meditation to be a…[Read more]

Hwang-Tî, enjoying himself on the north of the Red-water, ascended to the height of the Khwan-lun (mountain), and having looked towards the south, was returning home, when he lost his dark-coloured pearl. He employed Wisdom to search for it, but he could not find it. He employed (the clear-sighted) Lî Kû to search for it, but he could not find it…[Read more]

Hi Bagua,
I know what the entire discussion is based. I think that you know about Guatama Buddha being able to fly over lakes and performing many other miraculous feats. Or what about Boddhidarma’s ears falling off and other legends. Everyone is entitled to their opinions.
Bye for now I have to go train,

Hi Bagua,
I think you know the answer to this one. If he is not helping, he is supporting killing is what you said. Your point includes two sides, but what’s between the sides?

Hi Pero,
Well, to tell you the truth, I am not an Immortal, so I don’t know. I guess that being free from past karma, he would not want to go back into that karmic wheel. Non-action does not create more karma, it would happen spontaneously if he was really to kill.
What I meant was that you summed up my point as to why an Immortal would not…[Read more]
