I am exhausted. So, first, most importantly, I’d like to say, “Thanks.” It turns out that there are a number of good posts that could have satisfied my query, but it didn’t occur to me to search until after my first ceremony. What is the most difficult practice? I am joking, but serious: the Inner Smile.

Sister or Brother,
Today there is an eclipse, and I am in turmoil. I would like to give myself something better than cigarettes for (as I have come to understand over years) opening my heart, consuming fire, sedating anger and suppressing dark feelings. Is there something you would suggest that I could do today with the eclipse? Some…[Read more]

I do hope so, that we find ways to use what harms us to heal us. I consider every time that I urinate elsewhere than on the ground to be a witheld gift that would have been appreciated by the green plantlife. I have restored several acres of distraught (damaged) forest land with the blessing of piss. Even the royal gardeners are doing it……[Read more]

Odd, natural outcome to my smiling practice, I suppose. Right now I feel very quiet. After reading a tremendous amount over the last few days, now my thoughts just melt.
