With respect to your Fusion issue: I don’t believe you are creating a new center and ignoring the tantien; rather, you are creating something WITHIN your tantien.

Ride-
A few years back I got Marie’s CD and formulated my own MW practice based on the descriptions on the website. I had also read Chia’s Fusion 1 book, which has a lot of additional stuff which isn’t fusion (MW is clear about that). The actual practice is as basic as the CD (without her warmup chanting), but MW adds a lot of preparation w…[Read more]

frechtling started the topic Long time, no see! in the forum General 6 years, 3 months ago
It’s been a while since I’ve been here let alone posted. Looks like it’s still alive and kicking, although it doesn’t look like Steven Sy came back.
I didn’t search, but was wondering if the the archive of all the old posts from the old forum was brought over. There were lots of great posts/threads that I found helpful. Thanks!

Have you learned to draw the energy up and circulate it in the Microcosmic Orbit? The Inner Smile will likely help as well.

Viktor – thanks for referencing and sharing the mini-session I developed! I actually forgot all about it!
Since it isn’t linked, thought I’d share again for those too lazy to copy and paste:

Enjoy!

Has anyone read Mantak Chia’s Fusion 2 and 3 books (Cosmic Fusion and Fusion of the Eight Psychic Channels)? Are they worth the read?

I’m still feeling the Bern as well, but agree it is a long shot.
Hillary is the closest to the Republican “establishment” as it gets, she definitely has that in her favor.
Trump has the “angry people” who don’t really care about the garbage that comes out of his mouth.

Nothing wrong with green tea, but I’m unsure of the quality of the brand they have at my office… I also drink yerba mate occasionally, which is nice.
We have one of the hot water taps on the coffee machine, and I refilled my cup with the same tea bag (left in while drinking) 2 more times and it was still delicious! I did 3/4 the second…[Read more]

frechtling replied to the topic Chi Kung for Pain in the forum Practice 8 years, 7 months ago
I usually try chi self-massage, that comes in handy depending on the pain. It depends on what type of pain you are having. Sometimes movement helps, especially Tai Chi for knees and back, and hitting can help as well as long as it doesn’t make it worse. I don’t have experience with using the wire hitters, etc., I just use my fist/hands for…[Read more]

frechtling replied to the topic Hay fever – any ideas? in the forum Practice 8 years, 7 months ago
Steven – what do you take for vitamin C? As for probiotics, I drink homemade kefir everyday, which is fermented milk loaded in some of the best beneficial probiotics. I also regularly consume as many fermented foods as possible, such as sauerkraut, kimchee, and kombucha. I have plans to start culturing vegetables from my garden this year and…[Read more]

Just curious what element does plastic correlate with? Thinking this as I am wearing a polyester shirt that carries a lot of static cling… Because it is typically comes from hydrocarbons which are from the earth made of decomposed matter, would it be earth?

frechtling replied to the topic The way of practice in the forum Practice 8 years, 9 months ago
Sorry, took me a while to get to this. I do my practices in the morning and during my lunch break on weekdays, and occasionally squeeze in some weekend practice.
Currently, morning practice consists of Tao Yin.
Lunch practice, currently rotating between Fusion 1 and Iron Shirt 1/Tai Chi 1. I occasionally throw in some Primordial as I…[Read more]

frechtling replied to the topic kidney (vitality) building in the forum Practice 8 years, 9 months ago
I did knee walking for a couple of months along with the rest of the SVQ and I don’t know if it really helped at all. I did it on a thin carpeted floor with pants on and it didn’t always feel great on my knees! I would say it’s probably not worth it, but that is just my experience… There are plenty of other exercises that are better at kidney…[Read more]
