Marks Daily Apple is great. I generally eat by his primal blue print diet. I know that many foods besides wheat contain lectins but none to the extreme extent of wheat. Research “lectins”. They are chemical “thorns” all grains contain, wheat most of all. They can be reduced but not elminated by soaking & sprouting the grains. Steven’s right, grounding is crucial. I can’t feel the full benefit of my practice until I get grounded, real grounded. I’m taking the Healing Love retreat. It’s taken me 5 years to arrange my life to get to a retreat. I’m so excited I can hardly stand it.

She may have to move. I don’t know what kills it in building.
