Slavery and blind following is very deeply conditioned into humans. They don’t ask questions.
Here is a question : when you practice these inner styles, those movements have almost nothing to do with the movements you will make in a real fight. Often your teacher will simply give you 2 sets of movements, traditional internal, and fighting. …[Read more] -

He is refreshingly honest, at least a little bit. Tai Chi indeed does not seem to match MMA’s punching you in the face when you are down.
The goal of Taoism is immortality, MMA does not offer that of course.
But it is interesting how Tai Chi is sold / taught to people. There is this idea of combat “applications” but frankly when you look a…[Read more]

I am not sure if it is the Liver or if I have some weird energy damage to the right foot on the line of the Liver Meridien. I have been laboriously working through it using dissolving, one bone at a time on the right foot. It is blocked everywhere like my foot is being eaten by a shark or something.
Tried packing yesterday although it is nice f…[Read more]

MW does a very nice Water / Metal merging movement in Sexual Vitality that is very powerful for your sexual drive.
Also in general Kan & Li are merging Fire / Water : although there is I believe a different emphasis on what Fire / Water are in this practice, it’s more Yin / Yang merging isn’t it.
Well, I was wondering if you can merge any of the…[Read more]

Humans use the word “understand” a lot.
But they do not understand.
You would think it was obvious they don’t understand from the rapidly declining state of the planet.
They do not seem to notice.
Instead they continue to talk about “understanding” a lot. -

One of the greatest practical barriers to spiritual advancement is having a big idea about it, it’s not a lot more than becoming normal and sane and knowing oneself.
But people always dream big with gods and stars and energies and powers … and then they die never having taken a simple step foreward and with their minds full of pictures. -

Cessation is the point of the path. Escape from the 10,000 things.
The endless honing and never achieving anything permanent that you describe and think is fun : what you are describing is the low insincere unconscious state of humans that will lose their soul when their body dies.
Children play.
At least on this planet. On other planets e…[Read more] -

What is the Earth element about – is it a 5th element squeezed in at the end of summer or some transitional period between the seasons ?
What is not complete about the 4 elements which so clearly define NESW ?
In my opinion Earth is basically descending through the dantien.
The 4 elements are indeed complete in this universe of presence, but…[Read more]

Human beings do not really expect results, nor demand them.
And that is why they fail.
And that is why the species is heading for extinction.
To expect results triggers your responsibility and meeting of reality.
And humans are terrified to live. -

I never understood the idea of “playing” qigong or tai chi.
In the same way I do not appreciate the way adult monkeys wave rainbow plastic toys in the face of young children. Who is the idiot here ?
Raising in Montessori they don’t play, they live, their idea is that you are real no matter what age you are, be real.
With Qigong if you don’t feel…[Read more] -

Hey Viktor, it’s interesting to hear what you are doing, although in this case it seems we have different affinities.
I have tried many detox fruit juice diets, but I don’t think they are good. They are Western show-off ego diets if you ask me, like they turn yoga into elastic sexy body stretching exercise.
When yoga really means union with God…[Read more] -

Yeah I agree.
I am there already, I call it sincerity practice, it’s quite a big thing, part of it is similar to repentence, recapitulating the day. Another is like when you do Cloud Hands or Tai Chi – what is it really about ? It is about sincerity of the body.
Likewise there is sincerity of the emotions and thoughts. To be what you are an…[Read more] -

Recently I have been doing EFT right after meditation and I have discovered something. Just that I recognize that at a deep level there is in-sincerity. Meaning I am not self-sincere or self-integral. It is difficult to explain, but if I stop at any point in the day … where am I in this ? I mig…[Read more]
