Inner Dissolving is very effective I am surprised no one has mentioned it. BKF (sorry to mention an alternative system here btw) has a good guided CD on it.

I did try Marie Favorito’s Fusion CD which is very good but did not help me for these problems. BKF’s dissolving practice is undoubtedly extremely good for dissolving particular blockages.
