Are you looking for a trick ?
If you want Nature then you only have to venture into it … she is not running away. She is more wondering why you have run away ?
She is immensely welcoming.
You know, subduing animals … is not very nice. Is that really what you want, power of them ?
Animals are already communicating, with each…[Read more]

Animals are subconscious, meaning that their existence is mechanical, or largely.
Humans are the first species on this planet (that we know) who have a higher degree of consciousness and some free will. Actually most human behaviour (mating, houses, work) is subconscious, as is most human ‘talk’. Even birds ‘talk’.
But humans have a new…[Read more]

Entering into higher dimensions of consciousness requires a fundamental shift in perceived time and space.
> No, not in perception. YOU have to change not your perception.
Your embodied biological reality (i.e., your physical body) is anchored in the third and fourth dimensions of consciousness as we view it.
> No, it is simply part of…[Read more]

A little further research into the dragon-bowels of the internet has turned up a couple of things :
a. In fact it was a half-remembered form from somebody’s grandmother
b. Reverse engineering the form has already been attempted by one Catherine Ingram … the form is broken down into sections and an attempt made at understanding the origin…[Read more]

“In the presence of nature, a wild delight runs through the man, in spite of real sorrows. Nature says, he is my creature, and maugre all his impertinent griefs, he shall be glad with me. Not the sun or the summer alone, but every hour and season yields its tribute of delight; for every hour and change corresponds to and authorizes a different…[Read more]

Today I had a good go at learning the beginning of Swimming Dragon. I have videos from 6 different teachers including the current lineage holder and his 2 principle students and their students, and I went through the first 2 minutes of the form with each of them.
Well, they all do different things. The timing of the limbs and body are…[Read more]

The Santi stance was made famous by the pop song “Stop In the Name of Love” by the Supremes. And I am not just saying that because I am their agent !

Perhaps the end of every empire was as chaotic and frenetic as our society is today. It’s all happened before, empires rose and fell … and there was no change to mankind’s state of consciousness as a whole.
It’s interesting if you read ancient texts … and you see people 10,000 years ago had the same things going on that we do … have we…[Read more]

Much of the spiritual community is similarly involved in this cannibalism. In the Book of Thoth, we are warned of the dark-light … the false paths. Most paths are false paths because humans mix the dark and light together, a grain of truth mixed with darkness, a seductive path leading nowhere.
This dimension itself destroys everything of…[Read more]

Interesting books … but I am moving in the direction of surrender now, it’s different.
I’ve given up fighting, I would like to be part of something bigger than myself. What do you think of this Swimming Dragon form ? How does it feel to you ?

If you do a vipassana retreat (10 days of silence) … the initial practice is to watch your breath moving in the body. It seems straightforward, but slowly, hour after hour you go deeper and yet deeper and even deeper into feeling yourself, feeling your insides, your muscles, your body, your tension, your breathing, experiencing your…[Read more]

The thing I would like to know about this form, is if this is a ‘real’ form.
What do I mean by ‘real’ ?
Well, if someone had a few beers one day started dancing around and said, ‘I think I am going to invent a new gong !!!’ … that’s not what I am looking for.
Do the movements have a meaning ?
Are they transmitted ?
Looking at the…[Read more]

I like your style.
Howdy to you too !
Some Italian idioms :
In Bocca al Lupo : Into the wolfs mouth (good luck in this difficult task)
Crepi il lupo : May the wolf die (I am going anyway)
Una fetta di culo : “(would you also like) A slice of my ass ?”
(a bucket of water for your horse)

I agree.
And it is a total nightmare having this kind of form because you don’t know the internal exercises for each move.
However … if you are motivated you can reverse engineer the form. And you can breakdown the form into 20 sections and use each as a kind of short silk reeling exercise.
Of course you have to be very motivated to do…[Read more]

But nobody notices.

The posture should teach you. That is the purpose of ZZ.
It is not that you do something like a robot in order to get “some result”. That is very bad. Because then you learn to be a robot.
In ZZ the energy itself should guide you … the entire purpose of ZZ is to become the energy – meaning that you become the energy and you have…[Read more]

They do not feel Nature, or themselves … and are stuck in a small heavily-conditioned portion of their mind that filters their understanding.
Most people don’t feel their…[Read more]
