The greatest alchemy is facing the truth within oneself.
It creates sparks, lightning, energy, that is scarcely believable.

I went through all the registration steps needed to buy bitcoins last week, quite laborious and I got myself into quite a frenzy doing it with the surging price of the currency. Reading many articles about it, I suddenly had an image of a frenzied animals orgy feast, as if mankind had descended into an insect-like state, swarming on a piece of d…[Read more]

With everything you do the approach should be : how does this help me abide / merge / discover my identity.
Chakras are identity. Each chakra has identity.
You can feel the energy, but that is not the point.
It is like your heart, you feel energy-feelings. But that’s not the main point. It is YOU. That is the main point.
With Chakr…[Read more]

It’s 530am, I have just been sitting. It’s very tranquil and peaceful.
Awakening of my presence, and then surrendering flowing into the universal and then the unknown. Very little will, just a small resting movement and the universal accepts me and merges me into the silence of existence.
Thanks for your response, but all these practices ar…[Read more]

Fire & Water Alternating Montage
One further thing you can do with XnView is create a slideshow of 2 images (water and fire) and put in on a timer and it will alternate, allowing you to do Fire&Water practice. I have mine on 14sec, inhale water, exhale fire.
I am wondering if it is possible to also do Metal / Wood practice as I have a lot of…[Read more]

Does anyone have any concrete information regarding the differences / relationship between the Yoga Chakras and the 5 Elements ?
Currently I am looking at clearing out even more old sh**, and there seems to be a number of ways to do it. In the 5 Elements I am breathing the energy through on one of 5 channels – but I don’t really know what the 5…[Read more]

Interesting wrt that comment i made on MW’s post about vision : that the “mind” has developed evolutionarily to process vision in the survival environment, and so by doing EMDR (looking left and right) you are attempting to disconnect the “mind” from its habitual behaviours.
So the eyes are an indirect way of working with the “mind”.

My understanding is that evolutionarily the “mind” is part of vision. Vision gave this species massive advantages in nature, and to further increase that advantage the “mind” evolved in order to process vision. So instead of just seeing and responding to Sabre-Tooth Tigers the “mind” can consider the different options for fighting it, the mi…[Read more]

Well yah I agree. I am doing maybe 10 hours of work on my self every day these days. From many traditions, one after the other like a stack. It’s all I do.
But … we have to have the endgame in mind. After all Buddha did lots of practices and it was only when he sat in a fragrant garden and remembered his childhood that he arrived. He tho…[Read more]

The outside environment is a reflection of the state of consciousness within the population, the weather out there reflects your “state of mind”.
If one understands this then you can feel empowered, because changing yourself, perfecting yourself, leads to change outside, including the government.
Without you having to go outside.
Without you have…[Read more] -
