it may be that the tapes you have area bit older than the audio CD’s that Steven outlined. I’ve noticed that Michael’s courses are modified and improved with time. This may account for the difference.

You are welcome! I think the biggest lesson I had to learn was to stop working hard at Qigong, and just play with it. The next lesson was surrendering to the life force and letting it unfold me. It was difficult givng up being a control freak….
