I’m not sure about this but I’ll give you my best guess.

First, I don’t think there is anything wrong, per se, with bringing sexual energy up to the heart. Though I’ve never investigated this in any great detail, I believe some of the women’s sexual practices involve this very thing.

You might want to try breaking up your paragraphs a bit more. It makes your post near impossible to read when it’s a huge chunk like your first paragraph.

I always viewed the MCO as running energy up the SPINAL CORD (rather than disks/vertabra). I viewed the big draw as doing essentially the same thing.

Not sure where I got that idea. I’m not dogmatic about it. I mean, I view it as an energetic pathway, without exact correspondance to physical anatomy.
