Hi Wendy,
Your posts are intriguing as always!
I’m going to have to dwell on this a bit, and
look internally and see how it applies in my situation.Actually, as far as the direction my life goes, I
do actually like it. I just wish sometimes that I
didn’t have to do so *much* of “the main direction” as the universe
seems to want…[Read more] -

That’s true to some degree, but the workshops that I’ve taken
haven’t been new. I’ve already had the material before.I was mainly taking them to get away from school for awhile,
and because I mostly likely won’t be able to go to a retreat
this summer (due to a Foreign Language class I have to take
this summer).It’s really only…[Read more]

I’ve never heard of “Morning Practice Advanced”.
The only two “morning practice” videos I’m aware of are:
http://pacifictao.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=36
(a new DVD)
https://healingtaousa.com/v79.html
(an old video on VHS)
If you go to http://www.pacifictao.com/, you will see all 57 DVDs
that are…[Read more] -

I’m not sure I completely understand what he is getting at.
If he is saying that the process makes you more aware of the parts
of yourself that have homosexual desires, then I agree with him.If he is saying that they weren’t present to begin with, and
that just the process of moving toward androgyny creates
them, then I don’t buy it.…[Read more] -

Hi SD,
In my experiences talking with a variety of people, I have
rarely found anyone who could be considered 100% straight
or 100% gay. Someone could be 98%/2% or 70%/30% or 20%/80% etc.I think it’s all a continuum, and we all fall somewhere on the
line depending on our nature. It’s possible in your case that the homosexual…[Read more]

Hi Michael,
I found this article to be quite fascinating . . . a very
interesting read.Do you find it necessary to slightly show preference for
the opposite sexed aspect of yourself during these processes
to counter-balance/off-set the fact the body itself is
already polarized into one sexed version? Or does this
new method…[Read more] -

That’s exciting stuff, Julian. It sounds like you have
a beautiful practice. The Deep Healing Qigong is one of my favorites also.
When I first learned it, it was good, but then later
after I had practiced it awhile, my energy body
became more attuned to the life-force through it, and
I’ve felt major shifts occurring both during AND…[Read more] -

I don’t know anything about the particular practice you mention,
since I don’t know any of the Healing Love techniques–however,

History, anthropology, psychology, social studies, etc. are not sciences.
It’s only been about the past 30 years that some people in pop culture
have started referring to them as sciences. Many people have tried
to reclassify their field as a science because they’re afraid of
not appearing legitimate or because it is a political move…[Read more] -

That sounds like fun ๐
If you happen to have any of the CD kits made, and you
accept credit card payment, I’d be interested in
picking one up when I come down next weekend.I’ll be going into a two week personal retreat shortly after
I get back from the workshop, so this might be something
else I can play with.Best,

SD: What is qi?
S: Technically it called “subtle breath”; that is, the subtle
breath of the universe. It is sort of an intelligent conscious
bio-energy if you will. It is part of the life-force, or maybe
more appropriately, a manifestation of the life-force. Of course,
that is a very rough first approximation to describing it.…[Read more] -
