I meant in reference to your statement
“I have often felt anger in the best comidians”As in, instead of sensing anger from comedy,
getting comedy from anger. At any rate, it doesn’t matter; it’s just words . . .
By the way, your writing skills may not be the best,
but writing skills aren’t important for cultivation 🙂

I’ve found the opposite to happen sometimes as well.
There have been times when I’ve been angry for whatever reason,
and then if I push through that and get over it, I start
laughing like crazy–some kind of rebound effect. It kind
of acts like a toilet flush that flushes away the anger. It makes sense that in your case you found it…[Read more]

Without going into any details, this is it exactly.

Quite a number of people when they are
toddlers have pronated feet that point inward apparently. The standard practice in the past was to force the toddlers to wear
those rigid shoes with the bar holding the feet outward,
under the guise that toddlers bones are soft and malleable
and that this is a good way to get the feet and legs to…[Read more] -

Quasi-lucid I would say.
I don’t really know that I’m dreaming, and am not really aware
of all opportunities that I could choose to explore if awake.
However . . . I’m definitely controlling the situation and am making
active choices–unlike a dream where I’m more of a passive
participant watching the dream unfold like a movie. I don’t…[Read more] -

“Did you try to get help with the problem? A TCM person might be able to help with the energetic issue underlying the intestines. Michael also does work with his students (at a distance too, I believe). A Shamanic healer might be helpful. Someone who does visceral manipulation or chi nei tsange could help too, as your intestines have probably…[Read more]

Thanks for you words of encouragement, Jason.
The lesson I felt I’ve learned through this experience, is
that “sometimes you need to come full circle to discover the truth”.The universe was basically saying, “OK, I’m going to give you
what you think you want, but in reality, I’m just going to
give you a nudge–a lesson–so you can…[Read more] -

There are two aspects to the story.
One is the initial external aspect which is only
moderately difficult to discuss due to certain
humilating helpless qualities; the other is
the internal aspect that I feel is the source
to the problem, which is much more difficult
to discuss because I have buried it within
myself for so…[Read more] -

. . . I guess you picked up on the fact that I was
trying to dodge discussing it directly 🙂It’s a long story, which I suppose I could share
if you are really interested. I’m kind of afraid of
triggering an avalanche though . . .The problem with cultivation is that after you
wipe away all the little problems internally, you
are…[Read more] -

I haven’t personally.
I do seem to notice 11:21 an awful lot though–in part, due to
it showing up all the time during the X-Files when that show
was popular.At least you didn’t say 2:07 🙂

What a powerful story; thanks for sharing!
I can relate to some of your experiences.
I was also small and sickly as a child, wore those rigid shoes,
and also became intellectually oriented. Hmm, I wouldn’t
be entirely surprised if that is a common theme amongst us here!Wow, it sounds like you a deep connection with dolphins that…[Read more]

SIDEBAR:
Be careful what you ask for during a solstice!
You might just get it! Moreover, it may have unexpected
consequences if you aren’t ready for it.In my case, I thought it would be “a good idea” to
quit smoking–hence my request. My request was granted.
The problem was that the reason I had been smoking was
that I was using…[Read more] -

Yeah, most people do; moreover, I find a lot of people
talk about the Primordial, but not the Deep Healing Qigong
for whatever reason.I’m not sure why I like it more; I just do.
There is something that it has, the other forms

To keep things moving, eating high fiber foods (i.e. things like
broccoli) and/or taking a fiber supplement (i.e. Colonix) can help.
This can help to flush out released toxins as well.As for eating/not-eating, I say “listen to your body”.
If you are hungry, eat; if not, don’t. Go with the flow, and do
what it wants–rather than some…[Read more] -

Hi Paul,
I’ve had a lot of experience with the Deep Healing Qigong.
In fact, it was the first form I learned in the system,
and I fell in love with it.It is a longer form than the Primordial. Depending on
your speed, the standard version can take 40 minutes or more.
It can take a while to learn, but the easiest thing to do…[Read more] -

In your everyday life, have you felt (perhaps subconsciously) that
someone you interact with is threatening your personal boundaries
or taking advantage of you?If I had to hazard a guess, I’d say that your dream and subsequent
energies were a self-induced manifestation of fear and realization
of some underlying issue similar to the…[Read more] - Load More
