I agree with pretty much everything you said here.
Learning to trust one’s feelings and experience I
think goes a long way. As these skills develop,
they start to battle with the mind.My difficulty has always been with getting these
two different aspects of myself to harmonize.
I’m getting pretty good at trusting my heart and…[Read more] -

It was not haunted.
Any sleep disruption was due to self-inflicted
worry, paranoia, and fear amplified by an
unnatural field of energy floating above the earth
causing lack of grounding.Once the energy was grounded by mid-second week,
the problem was gone.If you were to go now or next year, you would only experience
a positive…[Read more] -

At the risk of sounding like a broken record
when I give advice, try practicing the
Inner Smile more–both the Yin and Yang versions.I had a lot of grounding issues when I went down to
Heavenly Mtn. retreats at first–in large part due
to the residual energy that was there at the start,
which made everyone feel disconnected from the…[Read more] -

Hi Chris,
It asked to me to “login” when I clicked on it, which I was a
little skeptical of, so I found a 30 second clip of it
online via a search. After listening to it, I’d have to say that if this song
were played at a funeral service, there would be uncontrollable
weeping. Even a 30 second clip of this–not at a…[Read more] -

Hi Alexander,
Thanks so much for responding!
I find this whole situation you mention fascinating. The logical, overly analytical, part of me tries to
exclude other possibilities. The internal debate
proceeds as:“This is real, isn’t it?”
“Maybe you only think it to be real,
because you have a big ego and of course you would…[Read more] -

I can’t speak or add any comments to Wendy’s experience
beyond what you wrote, since I think you hit the mark.Out of curiosity, what is the reason–in your opinion–for
this extra large influx of energy?Would you say that it is just some normal variation, or
do you think that there is something more profound going
on?Warmly,

Ah . . . my favorite question.
I think about this question a lot myself, and
often ask others about their methods also. Resistance
and I are well-acquainted.To add to the advice given by the previous posters,
I’ve got a collection of nuggets I’ve picked up
along the way . . .Here are a few tips I can give that require zero…[Read more]

He seemed to genuinely believe what he was saying, but
that could be akin to having a dream/fantasy, and
then over time convincing yourself that it is real.Overall, I’m pretty skeptical of what he says, BUT
it was extremely entertaining to watch nonetheless.
Thanks for posting.Steven

I usually keep a open mind with all points of view,
so don’t worry about it. Actually, I kind of laughed
when I read your previous response.I would definitely never try to force myself to not eat.
Aside from anorexia not being a good philosophy, I wouldn’t
have the willpower to do such an unhealthy thing anyway. In a lot of ways,…[Read more]

Really it’s just the part of me with too much fire; too much impatience
Eating slows me down; gets in the way of uninterrupted progress.
It’s irritating, but necessary. In fact, really it is one of the things that forces me to take
