I don’t think it is so easy to make an A-for-B comparison, because you don’t know long they would have lived had they NOT done so many drugs. There is no way to replay the person’s life and compare. Oldest woman on record, Jeanne Calment who lived to 122, smoked and drank. But is that an argument in support for smoking and drinking? Unlikely,…[Read more]

The problem with getting your probiotics through food, is that it is a numbers game. Most of them die in your stomach when the stomach acid hits them. So while eating fermented foods can help, it doesn’t really come close to getting a daily probiotic supplement that is a capsule which is enteric-coated to protect against stomach acid. The other…[Read more]

The way I do it, the weight stays on the heels.
Truth be told, there is a little bit of a rocking feeling, but it is very slight and restricted to the heels . . . and not visibly noticeable (its more internal).S

Congratulations.
Who knows exactly what was behind your bliss experience. Sometimes these things occur out of nowhere, but then become difficult to replicate in repeat sessions. Often as soon as you start to look for it, you don’t see it anymore. So it could just be that your energy was flowing in just the right way that day.

It sounds like you are already headed in the right direction through your own insights.
Typically if someone is frequently looking at porn and engaging in self-gratification, the person is not so much as honoring one’s own biology, but typically there are strong feelings of being unloved and strong desires to feel love. Thus, this is the real…[Read more]

Deep Healing Qigong is not (as of yet) part of the Universal Healing Tao globally. It was a form found independently by Michael, and then modified. Only those who learned the form from Michael would know about it, and he doesn’t teach it much, outside of letting people self-learn from the DVD . . . mostly it just takes too much time to…[Read more]

Qigong can definitely assist.
Allergies are an inflammatory immune response.
So regular qigong can decrease inflammatory processes.
High dose vitamin C acts an a natural antihistamine, and good in general. However, allergies are also an immune system reaction, and your immune system is governed by the health of your gut. So this is where…[Read more]

I agree with the analysis, but disagree with the conclusion.
The best choice currently is Bernie Sanders, not Trump.
Lower taxes on the rich and more trickle-down economics will just exacerbate the situation that we’ve had for decades, causing more transfer of wealth out of the hands of the middle class and into the billionaire…[Read more] -

You may want to talk with Michael. He may have some tips and tricks to get visas, especially for the purpose of going to retreats, given his long history of having this program, and many folks coming to them from abroad.
That said, if it is not an option, I am willing to do it over Skype or personal webinar. However, in that case, fair…[Read more]

Let’s get away from this argument of whether it is or is not damaging to the body. The bottom line is, is that ANY chemical that alters biochemistry, be that caffeine, nicotine, LSD, ayahuasca, ibuprofen, whatever, needs to be detoxified by the body–typically the liver–and exhausts qi to do so. Also, the cascade of different hormone releases…[Read more]

Wonderful sharing.
It’s great to hear that you’ve been making progress and opening up areas within your inner landscape. Deep Healing Qigong is a favorite of mine. One of these days you’ll have to take the DHQ retreat . . . I supercharge the form with Adv. K&L add-ons of Michael’s, as well as stellar/galactic energy add-ons of my own. 🙂

I’ve had that happen before. It’s a sign of becoming more energy sensitive and noticing subtle changes, as well as general awe for the profound. Don’t be surprised if your “chills” are temporary though . . . eventually your body assimilates and it becomes less shocked by higher energy states or by messages from the universe . . . S

Doubly interesting that both of you got messages to do qigong and/or HT as the end result of psychedelic use.
It never ceases to amaze me how the universe often guides people or calls people to this path, with such a clear message, through a variety of different avenues.
The real question is: are you choosing the path, or is the path…[Read more]

No, not even close. I’m not jealous of stories. Especially when these stories are not spoken directly by the person who had the experience. Many errors arise in retelling of stories–either ones that are obvious to someone that knows more, or are hidden due to inability to verify the legitimacy of the source.
My recommendation is only to…[Read more]
