Compared with doses for adisons that is betwean 100-200 mg a day.

Lungs feeds kidneys. suspected Kidney yang weakness and cold problem.

Maybe this is the reasons why I got warmer during wery slow deep breathing during focusing on the origingal cavity. Or otherwaise there are some blockages loosing up.

Sounds like you have quite a good idea of how to deal with your practises. But perhaps only on a rational level. The deeper issues involved seems to be a mystery. So even to me and it makes the situaion you are in interesting!
