She should consider seeing a doctor of oriental medicine. Could be some simple thing (such as blood deficiency) that, if caught early, is no big deal. Herbs, etc.

Several tips:
1) ankle rotations2) Foot roller-massager thing (pic below)
3) Do some things to massage the hands, also. Getting both ends activated runs energy between (through the whole body), and makes it way more effective towards flow & general healing.

No, I wasn’t thinking of integrating them as one process. (And, off hand, can’t thing of you would.)
Its just that, if you’re sitting in an office its pretty easy and non-distracting to do spinal breathing. (Vs the squeeze.) And…[Read more]

Mat,

By “continue the process”, I’m assuming that you’re talking about continuing the sacrum-squeeze method on up the spine. That is, flexing one’s muscles gently around the vertebral bodies at the bottom of the exhale.

Journey to the West is a classic, and the Monkey King is a main character in it. I haven’t read it, and so don’t know if the 72 transformations are in it.. its sure long enough. 🙂

Some month’s back, on NPR (National Public Radio), I heard an interview with the author of Lincoln’s Melancholy. President Lincoln was a life long depresive, not just a little. He developed very conscious and deliberate strategies to promote positive slow progress. Though his melancholy didn’t ever entirely go away, he developed great courage…[Read more]

Uh, I kept waiting for the punch-line on this.
Was the above post a parody or honest?..on the chance that its honest, you’re saying that Jesus taught hate and you’re calling for religious war.. based on Judeo-Christian ethics. No, you must be kidding, very clever parody.
You almost had me going.

Gemini2,
My comments are not meant to shut down your inquiry, only to point out that your issue is at least partly addressed in the essay. Activating the sacrum, and the genitals~sacrum connection, is really important. And any further light you, or anyone else, can shed on it by curiosity, inquiry, dialgoue, is valuable. The thing that gets you to it is the breathing of the sacrum-squeeze method.
Quote from that page,
