I will guess you may have thought my post was a reply to you. I was replying to Snukap’s post not yours, that is why it is the same distance across the page as your reply to his and not under yours.
I did recently say in another post which again seems relavent, is yes you can be dependent/addicted on spirituality to.

There is a time a place for everything, and what is right for others might not be right for you. One persons moderation might be anthers excess. Finding what is right for you comes in time through listening to your feelings. How do you feel, how do you want to feel. Is also has to do with the growth of self love. You will become more gentle, and loving with your self. You hold your heart in your hand how will you treat it. Your body and heart are one. Blessings.
