“I meant to edit it before sending the message.”
But it does reveal what you were really thinking. He-heh.
That’s OK. Now we’re even for embarrassing me earlier. Thanks for the sensitivity on that one though. And thanks for the extended answer. It is helpful as I mull things over and feel into them.
Now, a different question-

“There is war between sexes, generations and schools.
It is the way of life force.”I don’t think “the way of the lifeforce” is war. I think the way of the delusional and separated human ego is war and the way of the lifeforce is harmony.

“Generally the inner smile & outer dissolving seem to be very similar. The main difference (apart from the technical ones) is that the dissolving is a neutral technique. It makes you reach a place of smoothness and equanimity and neutrality, through neutrality. The smile makes you reach a place of either neutrality or +++, through ++++.”

Great Pietro! Thanks!
Is the feeling of it similar to steaming and beyond?
“Some people consider the inner smile as the watered down version of the outer dissolving (please don’t start a fight on this).”
I don’t know what you mean by asking me not to start a fight on it.
Do you consider it a watered down version?I would like…[Read more]

Thank you for embarrassing me into self-realization, Pietro. That’s very kind of you. (smiling)
I am very interested in what women think about what you wrote. If they share those thoughts and feelings.

Thanks for your concern about my wellbeing. I am fine. I bounce.
At first, Fajin, I was offering my observations to you (and less directly to Bagua, to help the universe “tweak” you. (Mat has attempted twice to point this out.) But when it escalated so quickly and intensely, I saw the opportunity to use it for myself to an extent I had not…[Read more]

“There were many practitioners who practiced all day like the Yang Family for instance. Yang Cheng Fu practiced all day because of his father’s strict discipline but after that he didn’t need discipline anymore because he loved the practice just as I do.”
I remember reading that despite his incredible prowess as a fighter (or because of it)…[Read more]

Max, I never said to anyone that no action was necessary. I never said do not do your practices. It is how one does things that matters. Personall, I do 3-5 hours a day of chi gong and nei gong. I was trying to dissuade Fajin from overdoing, that’s all. -A (I am away for three days now)

Fajin, I will leave you with these thoughts before I go away for three days:
It is clear to me that you do not see me or understand me at all.

“Being tough is a choice in certain cases when toughness is needed. Being compassionate is not a choice- it’s a state outside your choice. Hi Intelligence,
The formulas say something different to each one of us and they take place differently in each one of us. So, what they say they are to you is just what they are, for you. And the overall picture of what is going on is very widely varied. Their history is deep and long and you can read about it in many places.
But I think…[Read more]
