I said I will “consider” it, depending on the circumstances like you mentioned. I might look into some Chinese texts. Or maybe on Wudang, I might get a visit from an immortal who might give me some “answers”. If I do, I will be sure to mention it here.

Bagua,
If no one knows much about them, then who made the distinction of their being 3 and 7, and them being Heaven and Earth souls.
I remember I was once talking to a friend who said that a psychic woman said that we have 3 guardian angels. One is above the head and the other two are above the shoulders. Sound familiar? Heaven is above.…[Read more]

Hi Pietro,
My mistake, I read Jernej’s post wrong. Didn’t see that he said Kumar’s “personal” invlolvement. This would imply that it is because of their efforts in uncovering so much of the unknown in the energy arts. For example, what other teacher other than Michael has such a unique practice of Alchemy?
He made the connection with heaven…[Read more]

Hi Farooq,
Your compliments make your good heart apparent. I enojoy discussing with people like you any time. You may ask me any question at any time, even if the reply is late, it’s a pleasure discussing with you. 🙂
Yes, I am able to stand in the horse stance with 650 lbs. of weight on my knees. Although, it’s not THAT great as you think…[Read more]

Hi Bagua,
Thank you for your recommendation. I will buy Master Nan’s book. Also, how is Japanese Zen more rigid then Korean Zen? And what about Chinese Chan? I would love to hear a comparison between them if you don’t mind.
As for Hun and Po, I think it would be good to know more, but maybe through working with them in cultivation one can…[Read more]

>>In your view, what do you do to cultivate after you have let go of all attachments to desires, what comes after?<<
*Good question. Many paths look at the objective as an end goal. What is the end really? To know this is to know what was the beginning. If one knows the beginning, he has an idea of the end. And perhaps more importantly, what is…[Read more]

I don’t understand why people have such a hard time understanding Jernej.
When he said, “It takes Winn’s material or Kumar personal involvement for there are some secrets in energy arts”, he means that there is an effort needed by Winn and Kumar for secrets to be unleashed.
Up until now there was oral transmission and things were secretive…[Read more]

Hi Bagua,
Can you answer my question in the general section please? And what is your opinion on Master Nan Huai Chin before I buy any of his books. Thank you.
The only knowledge needed about Hun and Po is that we must combine them with yuan shen as Daoists try to do and the fact that they are yin-yang. Of course, knowing more about them…[Read more]

Hi Farooq,
I had the discussion about 9 bottle breathing with Max before. If you search my posts, you can find my opinion on it.
I look forward to practicing Wujigong with you and Singing Ocean in a park one day.
About Iron Wire, I learned it from my teacher who also taught me tantric lama kung fu. He was an old Tibetan man whose…[Read more]

You said it well. Why not both. Immortality is about living in wu, but with the sense of self so it is effortless. But until then, let’s live life in wu, but through cultivation, let’s work on three treasures. So we are cultivating 24/7.

Hi Jernej,
I know that jing, qi, and shen permeate the whole body. What I am trying to say is that what is De the result of? I think that it is the result of the body’s physiological actions not because of spirit.
But body’s physiological actions are the result of qi being the motive force. And qi is the result of shen. And jing, qi, shen…[Read more]

Hi Max,
Wether we are making blue and red pearls or emptiness, we are using our thought/intent for that specifically. I don’t think that advanced practitioners like Michael or Singing Ocean are the ones to fall asleep while in meditation.
Everyone has their problems wether we are over-sleepy, horny, etc. And that’s why I think emptiness is…[Read more]

Hi Alexander,
It’s nice to see that we can co-operate once again, especially after things go intense between us prior to your leaving for three days.
The thing is, I agree with Michael that our only teacher is the life force.
A teacher teaches and a student learns. We must learn by ourselves with our communication to the life force…[Read more]

Alexander,
I agree with Pietro on lust and love and think that what he said was magnificent (compliments). I am sorry if I meant any disrespect to you, it was not my intent. Like Max, I may be harsh with my words and it tends to make discussions a little tense.

Hi Farooq,
You are fun to discuss with.
I also practice yogasanas. I have adopted some asanas from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika that I’ve read and do meditation in padmasana. I find asanas to be quite valuable, especially when you integrate the chakras with them.
I practice nadi shodhana too, right before any kind of nei dan or wai dan, that…[Read more]

What’s interesting is that on Wudang Shan, it is believed that there were 2 Zhang San Feng’s. One was the amazing acupuncturist, healer, and martial artist, who, with a group of Daoists refined the Shaolin martial art into Long Har Quan, which is Dragon Prawn Fist.
Then the other Zhang, San Feng, who was the alchemist that met the Daoist…[Read more]
