Hello Singing Ocean,
This clarifies everything, thank you for everything about grounding, I understand what it is all about now.
But I think that you misunderstood me with internal to external. I didn’t mean that the purpose of going internal was to go external, of course you penetrate deeper internally and as a result, your results will…[Read more]

Emanuel,
You can strengthen your pelvic floor by incorporating the pelvic and urogenital diaphragms in your breathing. Any kind of pressure should not be put on the PC muscles, it turns on the sympathetic nervous system, which triggers ejaculation. The PC muscles should stay relaxed, not contracting them. It’s just like in taiji, your…[Read more]

Just to clarify, I think that I understand what Michael is trying to say. The Daoist path favours going internal to external which his pearl method does so. Eg. Microcosmic orbit fills 2 vessels and then go EXTERNALLY to the 12 other meridians in arms and legs. Or, embryonic breathing being another example of internal to external as opposed to…[Read more]

Hello Singing Ocean,
That was a beautiful speech. I would like to ask you something if you don’t mind because Bagua was unable to answer this. From what I know, grounding is rooting your lower dantian to earth as in martial qigong. Why is this necessary in Michael’s version of the alchemical formulas? I know Chia emphasizes this because he says…[Read more]

Fajin replied to the topic book of tan tien chi kung in the forum Practice 18 years, 7 months ago
Hello Coach Silvano,
Qi pressure refers to how much qi is accumulated in the dantian. It is like a tire inflated with air, the more air the stronger the air pressure in the tire. The “Tan Tien Chi Kung” animal postures are good movements for increasing the qi pressure in all parts of the dantian, front, back, sides, etc.
So, I would say…[Read more]

Bagua,
I see that you are speaking of this as something that requires Chan, about living in and acting out of your personal space as grounded, but that is again where we disagree because I think that Daoist and Chan take two different paths to reach the same goal. You see them as intertwining with each other like ida and pingala, while I see…[Read more]

Hello Bagua,
I do like how you say that there is no one best method because everyone is different. It should be based on CHOICE of doing what you want with the life force as Michael says shaping it to what you want it to become. It’s just like five elements nutrition, everyone has a different body and certain foods will be beneficial and…[Read more]

Hello Bagua,
Very nice experience you have shared. I know that you say we are attuned, but like you said, we connect even more to the stars, sun, etc. We are interdependant, with this I agree. You say that over time we become one with with everything, but this oneness is already present, you mean to just embrace that oneness of ourselves with…[Read more]

I’m actually wondering if over the head is considered a part of the body. Of course, not the physical body, but part of the subtle body, if so than really the pearl is not going out of the body. Just because this is similar to the Tibetan phowa technique it doesn’t mean that it is an exact replica because I know Chia does this to magnetize…[Read more]

Thanks again Bagua,
If you don’t mind in answering still, because I am still curious.
You said that you can move the pearl out gently instead of shooting it. Does Michael teach moving it out gently or is this something quite simple that can be done once you’ve learned Chia’s version?

Thank you Bagua,
But can I ask if you practice shooting the pearl, and what does grounding mean?

Hello Bagua,
I appreciate your enthusiasm to continue more discussion, it seems you like discussing with me, an “arrogant taoist” who speaks like an “extremist.” I will now gladly answer your questions.
1. No, I did not meet One Cloud.
2. If there was a One Cloud, I think that he was not genius enough to make up such formulas and he…[Read more]

>>Chan/Zen methods have produced quiet a few enlightened masters. Emptiness meditation is also a foundation advised in Taoist texts by many Immortals.<<
*Yes, but I prefer the method offered by the One Cloud school of inner alchemy, the inner smile over emptiness. You don't need both for the same result, you pick one.

Listen to Dr. Lin, he’s right on this one. I do believe that Mantak is changing his way of teaching from the books he wrote a while ago. Don’t contract your pubococcygeal musccles. Trunk has a good website called alchemicaltaoism.com, go there and follow the healing love link and read everything. You’ll know what to do.
