a cupla years ago i had the same problem and standing practice did wonders. 30 minutes a day. followed it with 8 extra vessels qigong to circulate qi and ensure it didnt stagnate.

the other thing to bear in mind is that qigong can often release deep seated, hidden fatigue. you just have to work thru it.
