Yeah. Sure. A woman should just give up her
own behaviors to submit to the man. Ridiculous.Women *and* men should just be themselves.
The real problem is that people form relationships
with others that aren’t really a good fit for them.A man deals with this by *ignoring* and *trying to ignore*
the fact that the woman isn’t a…[Read more] -

Thanks for the article, Dog–I’m all for it.
Slowly but surely, I’ve been developing a personal silent war
against plastics (I guess not silent now).
Even years ago when I was a teenager and still
drinking soft drinks, I knew something wasn’t quite right when they
switched from glass bottles to plastic bottles. The beverages

>Is Qi Gong really is safe?

Most qi deviation is not too terribly difficult to fix, given the
right direction and persistence. It does take some work, but
is not so fatalistic as in your article.>I was advised that absorbing earth Qi might…[Read more]

You could argue that to be true for *any* heat source.
Any source of heat–including the sun–is really just a
radiation-emitter.All “heat sources” emit what is called “electromagnetic radiation”
It includes light.
It includes higher frequency stuff like UV, X-rays, gamma rays.
It includes lower frequency stuff like infrared,…[Read more] -

I’d avoid Bone Marrow Nei Kung for the time being.
The practices are good, but amplify the qi in your body and
also induce some detoxification stresses which you really
aren’t in a good position to process in my opinion *at this point*.
(This is Iron Shirt III, by the way)The Iron Shirt practices from Iron Shirt Chi Kung (i.e. Iron Shirt…[Read more]

Sounds more like a qi deviation to me.
Too much qi rising up into the head from being a mental type . . .For instance, you mentioning that the sensation is coming back
as you are typing/writing is just another example.Keep doing the orbit, but you need to learn grounding/rooting NOW
(get the Qigong Fundamentals 3-4 package). Learn…[Read more] -

Hello TheSeeker,
You say “it always comes back”. What is “it”?
Are you still doing sexual practices, or have you stopped that? The reason I ask is that it seems unlikely to me that if you’ve
stopped the sexual practices that it’s still jing qi–possible,
but unlikely, since it didn’t sound like you had practiced the
method too much…[Read more] -

It appears that when you have a sunspot, the sunspot itself is “cooler”
than the sun’s average temperature. However, strangely enough, the BOUNDARY of the sunspot becomes hotter
than the sun’s average temperature, and this effect dominates. This
then creates more overall solar radiation, so that when you have
more sunspots you get more…[Read more] -

Hi SD,
Nothing wrong with doing what you are doing
if it’s what you want to do!!And of course feel free to post about your experiences!
I just wanted to say that you shouldn’t feel that you
*have to stop* because you’ve already posted about it before.

Another example of people growing old and dying because they
think they’re supposed to!I choose to believe that my biology doesn’t suffer from the
same defect and that I don’t age at the same rate. Whether
it’s true or not, I think the belief alone causes it to come
true.Your article seems to validate this idea.

I’m not sure that there’s really any consensus here;
everyone sort of has their own feelings–but nonetheless I’ll share mine.In short, I think it will have to do with rates of change.
Just as the “Dark Ages” could be viewed as a time where things remained
relatively static and had little change–this is a time period of the opposite,…[Read more] -

Hello SD,
Sorry to appear negative here, but the addictions are still present.

I usually have a short practice–no more than an hour–in
