You can try feeling this for your self. But every time I feel serious about a situation I seem to lose my center. Life is not longer enjoyable, but when I am centerd and connected life is lived with enjoyment, I eat because I enjoy eating ect. When reading the Dao Dejing, A phraze came to me “live in the vally but visit the mountains”. “or live…[Read more]

To me and advance in alchemy is simplicity this is why the begining is the end, Alchemical shapes and breathing patterns are let go and one surrenders deeply to the core smiling from here and transforming effortlessy. More complexity is functional but not more advance aka powerful when it comes to tranformation, or experience of the life force.…[Read more]

I am responcible for my self thats why I am never a victum. I also do know who I talk with, because I feel who I am. It is the concept of namaste, or the concept of politeness in muslim culture. I thank you for giving me a wonderful oppertunity to explore and clarify.
I have this psoted on my myspace page, As I felt it was one beautifuly put…[Read more]

I will be happy to clarify my statement. I am not great at traslating my experience or perspective into writen word, I much more preffer the intimacy of face to face, so I accept that I will have to clarify often. Alchemy east or west is very similar and the older you go the more silimiar they become. I was comminting on qigong and the energy…[Read more]

“I think you’re wrong. Is that ok with you?”
That’s fine I was just clarifying my point I felt you missed.
“I think you are talking rather too loosely about something rather important.”
I do not feel seriuousness is a virtue.
“But the exchange goes both ways and it is important that both sides can learn from each other, not claim…[Read more]

I feel like you forget me sometimes like I become this thing that abused you some how. It is not fair, nor polite. I am not on a mission(military based term by the way), but I do see a coming demand. I do not care what vehical one uses to get home, I am just happy to see you. Your anger has blinded you to words like “one of” not “the last”. Yes I…[Read more]

He preachs about body mystisism so I see a growing demand for Qigong and the body mysticism of the Healign Tao. It is funny that like western spiritual teachers before him, he seems ignorant of Taoist Alchemy one of the last preserved body mystical traditions in the world. It is like there has been a wall there, mabe now the silk road will open…[Read more]

Understnading is not required in unconditional acceptance or yuan chi. Understanding may come but understanding is not the transformitive power. The only constant is change, how fast we allow this is another story. You don’t hate nor do you not honor, you mearly have placed some of your identity or core in these chi patterns there gravity has…[Read more]

My understanding is that the temples are desighned to help you get in touch with resonance chambers in side your self. I have herd that they really are no longer needed, as we have graduated from training wheels and can now just rely on our own human body, the blue print for the temples in the first place. It will be a retrun to more…[Read more]

I think we all hear you loud and clear, and thank you for your perspective. My hope is that you do not fall into a very dispowering roll of the victume and instead accept your anger and see this as part of your development, it is the life forces brutal honest. For every victum there is an abuser (yin yang). I think now you can see the definite…[Read more]

I had another thought on ths fun theory, that maybe it is the musci of the sun that gets things to dance, thus producing heat.

Herd an interesting theory that the sun is not actualy hot, in just stimulates things into being hot. It made me thing of releasing true yang stored in yin. But I am no scientist. Just thought I pass that one along.

I found adding not subtracting to be more powerful. Add tea to our diet, add honey, add a girlfriend, add new chi gong tools, add yuan chi. You are moving our self into a cave or monostary, because it is easier to be celebate aswell as you can have more control. Do what is hard, for most men. Practice the yin aspect, and you will start to draw…[Read more]

Yeah I have made the seven star step apart of my normal pratice and found it to be wounderful. I look at labyrinths as metiphors for life, as we conscouisely or subconscously try to find our way to the center or home.
Ofcourse you know the best magic for the labyrinth, right?
