I had another thought on ths fun theory, that maybe it is the musci of the sun that gets things to dance, thus producing heat.

Herd an interesting theory that the sun is not actualy hot, in just stimulates things into being hot. It made me thing of releasing true yang stored in yin. But I am no scientist. Just thought I pass that one along.

Yeah I have made the seven star step apart of my normal pratice and found it to be wounderful. I look at labyrinths as metiphors for life, as we conscouisely or subconscously try to find our way to the center or home.
