Yes, totally normal (and natural) to be experiencing this… just writing about this is a good thing 🙂 and you probably have already found your own answers or will in the next few days…
The “line” between sexual feelings and spiritual feelings is one of the “challenges” on the path. The challenge is not in what is, but what is in our intellectual mind.
What happens when you do the same thing meditating with awakened or unawakened men? is that sexual? Do you only do this with women and therefore associate this with sex?
Are you looking outside of yourself via these women for the completion you experienced in your initial spiritual experience?
Another challenge, is “what is my stuff, and what is the other persons stuff”.
The highest form besides “merging” with the source itself, is merging with another person – and the more sexual it is in your intellectual mind, the better – to an extent – because that is really not the truth and why some traditions try to minimize desires (not that it isn’t OK to allow yourself to want to be inside these women – very normal and natural – just has a different twist when you are awakened and especially if she is as well as you are both connecting at a deep level but you both will feel each others “shit” or karma or whatever you want to refer to it as).
I trust this will give you something for your mind to munch on if you even still need it 🙂
Blessings,
MQi

September 21, 2008 at 10:23 pm #29154MatthewQiParticipantHi Ryan,
Yes, I am interested in more info… I learned and diligently practiced the Healing Tao system, including healing love, MO, Fusion, Iron Shirt 1,2, and 3, all the K&L’s, H&E alchemy, and probably some stuff I can’t remember, lol. Excellent system. It was the right practice for me at the right time. Funny how that works. The system is a treasure with the ability to help one find the greatest blessing there is as a human being.
The closest I have been to the martial stuff is a college Karate class and some kickboxing exercise videos 🙂 I did start learning tai chi from a wonderful teacher from China at our local Y.
I also read “The Tao of Meditation”. Glad you mentioned it, I pulled it off the bookshelf, some relevant stuff I found. I am working with Crane medicine right now if you are familiar with power animals? Anyway, there was a picture of a sage on a Crane 🙂
Yes, definitely Healing Love is a southern school practice. Becuase in the southern school they fostered entering into spiritual practice AFTER one had fullfilled their life / family responsibilities. Becuase they were older, they needed extra power. So they utilized the sexual energy to overcome the net loss situation they were in.
Northern school was opposite thought. They sought Tao BEFORE starting a family and responsibility. Being young, they were full of jing, just stay celibate and it works at that point in life. Generally speaking the sexual practices were considered more risky. Anyway, just sharing that in case you didn’t know that.
Best,
Matt
September 20, 2008 at 12:28 am #29146MatthewQiParticipantHi Ryan,
Thanks for asking, you are not being over complicated at all, I wasn’t being clear 🙂
I am looking for a chinese kung fu style that I can get into / starts (martially) from a point where one has already done the chi or southern alchemy methods and has grown / internalised that. I read about a branch / school that works that way and can’t remember where I read it, lol. Just wondering if you our anyone else knows what I that is.
Thanks again,
Matt
July 25, 2008 at 1:19 am #28809MatthewQiParticipantHi NN,
Yes, I do recall a Taoist practice if I remember correctly 🙂 I think it was walking a bagua. Nevertherless, the labyrinth can be and has been a way to powerful introspective experiences for people!
I once drew a labyrinth on our driveway with my children’s chalk. My oldest son loved it. He would walk it and he would sit in the middle for a long, long time. He really connected deeply (which he has also in meditation). I think I am going to see if he wants to draw one again on the driveway 🙂 it has been years since the last time.
Best,
Matt

I guess I didn’t respond to the first part of your post, yes, that is what I have gathered from what I have read about it. but your description in the taoist context is new to me. So thanks again for sharing that.
Experientially, I noticed that I kept seeing this blue pearl when I sat on the toilet (sorry, but it is sorta funny / ironic). I would just be sitting with my eyes closed turned upward. After noticing it a number of times I was like, hmm, wonder what that is all about and did some research. This is years later now when I finally stumbled across it in the scroll.
I haven’t subscribed any meaning to it and this unspoken inner knowing of these things beyond the language aspect is in line with some other experiences on the inner alchemy path. Just neat to me that it is depicted in the scroll as I was curious about taoist info on it. Makes sense though with the pineal, pituitary, crystal palace connection.

February 15, 2008 at 10:51 pm #27484MatthewQiParticipantThis was in an email I received the other day: William Shakespeare said in his timeless play, Hamlet – There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
Jeesh, I wish I would of paid more attention in HS English, lol. Or maybe I am glad I didn’t 🙂

February 14, 2008 at 12:52 am #27478MatthewQiParticipantThanks Snowlion! very interesting. I have upmost respect for Tao and the sharing of authentic teachings 🙂
There is no question in my mind that the HT teachings are authentic or better can lead to true awakening. Unlike other systems, one prepares for it, and is taught in a manner to do it in a way that requires that one “own” their own experience vs. being dependent on another human being 🙂
