There’s nothing wrong with structure; it’s rigidity that
you want to watch for.You want to be like a young sapling (tree).
Such a tree has structure and is rooted into the ground,
but it is also flexible and can easily bend and sway in the wind.
Too rigid, and the branches break, but you still need structure
to be a tree–no structure…[Read more] -

Basically, yes.
In QF3, Michael discusses a chi-packing technique that involves reverse breathing,
and moving a chi ball back and forth between the fire and water channels.“Breath of fire” is technically a yoga technique that is effectively the
same…[Read more] -

Good article . . .
Paul Davies is an excellent science philosopher.
I’ve read a number of articles and books by him before, and
have always enjoyed his thought-provoking well-written
rational arguments.Thanks . . . S

It’s too bad you have problems doing Tao Yin in the winter;
I was going to suggest you try that.I find Tao Yin to be very energizing.
You may always want to try some of the internal breathing
techniques–not only do they create heat, but are also
quite energizing also.In fact, a rapid reverse breathing with internal focus
is…[Read more] -

Hi Bob,
What an inspiring review . . . Thanks for sharing!
Maybe these doctors need to start prescribing qigong instead
of blood pressure medication. It almost sounds like it works
better and without the side effects. As to your question about low chi flow, I concur a lot with what
Michael mentioned. I’ve personally found that…[Read more] -

It sounded from the article that this jet was going to
cause a bunch of star formation in the other galaxy.Sounded more like a galactic orgasm than a galactic death star.

It’s funny how sometimes it’s as much of a dance to
separate out of a relationship as it is to create
one in the first place–almost as if somehow we
need “preparation” to do it.My very best to your process, and new openness . . .

Hi SD,
Being single, I’m probably not the best to respond, but
I’ll take a stab.Cultivate within, to develop internal happiness and
contentment. You want to be happy within first, or
you’ll look to the other one to supply you with what you
don’t have–and then create conflict when they don’t
give it to you. Similarly, operate…[Read more] -

“But it doesn’t lose its polarity; the amount of neutral soul force is what is mostly increased, and that polarizes spontaneously to support the manifested pattern.”
This makes sense. This creates a more cohesive dynamic
between the physical and the soul level, while at the same time
allows the physical to remain physical for further…[Read more] - Load More
