Yes I never heard of lemurians in that area in a physical sense. My statement was not of a physical kind. Most of what I hear about is of a energetic experience like the one you had at stonehenge. Yes, exsepting our “shadow” side is not always easy. Some stuff takes awile. It is harder for me if they look like something in the manifested world. Yeah staying centerd is the key.
