I personally feel that Michael Winn’S Fundamental courses for opening the Orbit include some pretty nice sets… further I have realized that for myself standing meditation is great (Zhan Zhuan… or spoken out: Dscham Dschong or similar). I think not all Falun Gong practitioners are as you describe… but there sure are many… as Snowlion I would not worry about practicing the forms… if they do you good they do you good and have their own right… further I’D say: leave a QiGong master that tends to freak out so easily… no stable energy there…

Might be two different things going on here:
1. it is just precum and not semen
2. the prostate squeezes without you noting it as the contractions are too slightjust my thoughts
